We also just shipped a new feature called NWSync, which allows you to connect to persistent world servers and automatically download all of the necessary hak packs to run all of their custom content without having to wade through the vault. ![]() Dynamic lighting, normal maps, and other modern fanciness. We're right in the middle of a really exciting complete overhaul of the rendering system of the game, which will allow us to support higher-poly meshes, increased bone count, newer shaders, and supporting a version of OpenGL that isn't 15 years old.
